I wish I could put negative stars. One lawyer, Peggy told me her cat ate my final orders. The first Lawer, Tinder, I had through them literally ghosted me after I asked questions about charges that made no sense. I hired a female Lawyer from SA that took care of everything they couldn't in less than a week. I had to legally take my kids from neglect and they made the process so much worse

I strongly recommend you do NOT hire this firm. I paid our retainer fee, asked for frequent updates and learned on my OWN behalf that the specific ARH firm I hired was dissolved due to fraudulent use of company funds. I have countless attempts trying to reach them and got a response letting me know this. I asked for a refund due to them literally not being able to work on my case any longer and they diverted the idea and showed zero sympathy. As a veteran, I understand policies and procedures however, their disolvement showed their lack of professionalism and dedication. Mr. Joe Navarro disregarded my families sensitive legal issue and at no point offered an option that would assist us in the best manner. This showed their true colors as they didn’t even offer to give me the remainder of the retainer fee that was not used. Please, find business else where with someone who genuinely cares.

I went through The Law Offices Of Alex R. Hernandez Jr. in May 2022. I payed $1,950 up front and was told that the funds my lawyer didn’t use I would get refunded. After paying I still wasn’t assigned a lawyer until weeks after and this was after I called multiple times to find out who my lawyer was and to get a return call. We finally talked in June and I was unable to get back into contact with the lawyer Laura Demander until August. I called multiple times to the Law Office of Alex R. Hernandez to set up a phone appointment with my lawyer but kept getting the run around. My lawyer never sent a typed document or anything. So September 16th 2022 I message my lawyer to let her know that I no longer wanted her services and wanted a refund. She said I had to follow up with The Law Offices Of Alex Law Hernandez for a refund (address: 501 Congress Avenue Suite 150 Austin, TX. 78701). I reached out to the Law Office via multiple calls and emails and was told my concerns would be sent to higher ups and I would get a return call. I never received a return call and still has yet to get a refund. No services were ever rendered. The Law Office did send me a certified letter thanking me for giving them the opportunity to represent me and they understood that I no longer wish to incur legal fees from their firm. I am so disappointed and feel as if I have been scammed.

Child support modification in April '22. Paid the $2000 retainer, did the initial planning meeting, and haven't heard back in over two months. I should've read the one star reviews. Then they charged me more money even though they haven't reached out in two months. Edit: it's now been 6 months and nothing. Now I'm not even looking for service, I just need a refund. But I doubt they'll ever pick up ???? Update: they had asked me to take this review down in order to continue servicing me. I took it down and they assigned me Attorney Stephen Marley. He said he'll get it done asap and asked I mention his name in my review if he failed to do so. I was in contact with his assistant for a few weeks and then suddenly stopped getting replies. It's been over two months now since I've heard back from either of them. I just want my money back ????

My wife and I got rear-ended on April of 2022 we were referred to this ferm we signed contracts we both have neck and back injuries we went to physical therapy and pain management as they told us to then tried to get in contact with them no one will return our calls we call every week it's been months now
