Preston is a very knowledgeable attorney, easy to talk to with a reasonable fee.nHe was there for our family when we really needed help!nI don't wish to share our dirt in a Google review so I'm not, but I can't recommend Preston enough if you find yourself in need of a good lawyer.

Preston was my attorney for a SAPCR and Divorce case. He was able to take my case on at a reasonable price and helped me to obtain the important items when it came the custody of my children. He was very patient in taking the time to understand my needs and helping through all the legal paperwork and wording all while doing his best to protect my reputation before the judge. Lastly, after all was said and done at mediation he sent me an encouraging email and also assisted me with having to deal with another person who is very difficult to deal with because of several negative behaviors that they continually chose to make and inflict on others.

I will never use this attorney again. He told me that I would only need a certain amount and ran through my whole retainer before I even went to court. I paid for a meeting that I didn't request and in the end will not even help me in court and nothing said can be used in court. I advise you not to use this attorney because he is not worth it. When going against a female attorney he hands them his man hood and doesn't even defend you when the attorney is at your throat for hours. Just sits there, and to top it off when I advised him of questions that I would like answered he asked 3 out of the 28 that I had asked him to ask. Be smart do not hire him. Find someone who will help you and someone who will be on your side and not bend over for the opposing parties attorney and requests. nnheads up! the only reason why there is 1 star is because in order to submit I have to add it. Doesn't deserve it I have no clue how he has been an attorney for so long. I thought his goal was to help me not sit back. When I told him he was fired he didn't even try to keep me. He stated to the court reporter he should have been more prepared. It was BS
