I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the services provided by this office during our recent engagement. As a valued client, I had expected a higher level of professionalism and efficiency, however, the experience we encountered has been far from satisfactory. On August 22, 2024, we visited their office to address a crucial immigration matter. It was reassured to us that the necessary documentation would be promptly submitted on our behalf after we had settled all required fees. To our dismay, we were later contacted to provide additional documents that were not communicated to us during the initial interview. When we raised this concern, we were met with unprofessionalism and were unjustly labeled as problematic clients. Moreover, the decision to refund our payment was conveyed to us in a text message, which I find to be disrespectful and lacking in proper business etiquette. This mode of communication only adds to the frustration and disappointment we have experienced throughout this process. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect exhibited by this office has left a lasting negative impression. Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others seeking immigration assistance.

Even when the government threatened to deport me, he even used his own money to pay for the filing fees out of his own pocket, because I didn't have the money at the time. I'm grateful to him for helping me so that I could live in this country safely and without fear, and I'm very glad that I met him. Now, I send all my friends to him and they all tell me the same thing, that he genuinely knows what it’s like to be an immigrant in this country and will tell you the truth without playing games. Mr. Raj Singh was hired to represent the company on a permanent residency application via employment for me. Mr. Raj Singh prepared two different applications over the course of four years. Both “Application for Permanent Employment Certification” were filled out incorrectly or incomplete so the Dept. of Labor denied them. Mr. Singh was fired. Company secured new counsel who successfully overcame the serious obstacles left behind by the wreckage of Mr. Singh’s incompetent legal representation.
