We met Samira Nichols when she helped my partner and I with his immigration legal problems. We didn’t have the funds to pay right then and there. So she worked out a plan with us that we all could agree upon. We are just your average hardworking people who don’t make as much as others. However, she was very willing and very thoughtful to help us anyway. She worked hard on his case. The outcome was more than we could have ever expected it to be. We are so thankful for all she did for us. She is more than just an immigration attorney to us now, she is our life saver. The other big time immigration attorney’s didn’t want to take his case. They wanted a ton of money upfront that we didn’t have right then and there to pay. They weren’t willing to work with us the way that Mrs. Nichols did. So, Thank You! Samira is a crook. She forces you to pay upfront and then goes on absconding mode. She has not replied to emails, calls or letters for more than an year now

Like most of people have said in reviews. Please stay away from her. Most unprofessional person I have come across in the US. She will talk sweet till you sign a contact with her and after that she will forget you. You just keep paying your installments.

Samira Nichols is the most unprofessional person I have met in my life. She talks nicely and lures you into her web and then when you pay the money she is no where to be found. She delays cases for years for no apparent reason. Eventually you get frustrated and pick a different lawyer. It had been 3 years but till this date she did not do anything with my case and said the money is non refundable. And did I mention she takes 100% of the lawyer fees upfront! I have a friend who also got got scammed by her. she should be barred from practicing immigration law.. Beware of her! Response : Samira I had to withdraw my case because you did not make any progress after 1.5 years. I still have the contract which says 100% upfront fee and check images where i paid you all the lawyer fees. I also asked to partially refund the money but you denied.
