My Family was going through a metal health issue for nearly 3 days because other inexperienced lawyer created a false alarm about my legal status in USA. Glad that I scheduled a consultation with Murthy law firm and had consultation with the attorney Christopher. Explained my case to him and listened well and explained me that there is nothing wrong with my status. Call was very effective, he is very knowledgeable. Also, he showed a similar case where one of attorney group requested the guidance from USCIS chief officer decade ago for the same scenario as me with the USCIS response. Murthy Law Offices helped me with the H1B application and everything goes smoothly. Even though there were some regulation changes, they always keep applicants informed for those updates. When I have any question about the new rules or special requests, my Paralegal Coordinator and the attorney always replied me in time and solved all my problems. This was a terrible experience. my husband was in need of attorney immediately to be able to continue work in states. I met with ALLISON TERRY from Murthy Law Firm and explained the critical situation and that if she was not able to help me II'd need to go else where because time was issue. She assured me she could help and that she's done it " tons of times". I was hesitant because she did not sound knowledgeable or look like professional. She was dressed like she was going to the pub. However we gave her chance. After charging us arm and leg and wasting 8 days of our time lleading us to believe she was working to help us she then sent us a link to a free public website that had all of the information and forms we would need. When my husband call her to ask why it cost so much for something she could have told us on day one she said THIS IS AMERICA. WE DONT WORK FOR FREE. My husband is a pediatric surgeon. He did not deserve this . I have called office to complain twice and was told someone would call me back. They did not

Screwed up filing with premium processing due to lack of clear knowledge. I had better knowledge on when the premium processing would be effective from and what the details were for it. Doesn't follow up and too negative. I had have my H1B filed 6 times and so far no RFEs but the attorney was very negative and was almost guaranteeing an RFE. Another case of H4, now pending since over 5 months. The attorney or the paralegal doesn't follow up. It is like we are left in the dark. I never had to worry so much during my previous visa filings.
