Law Office of Susan E. Hartley

Receptionist was rude to my mother, had a snarled look on her face. The entire time my mom was talking, she was shaking her head and not taking her job seriously. When my mother finished, tge receptionist replied "Susan Hartley wants nothing to do with it." This is not only rude, but my mother took the time to go to this business. If the receptionist wants to act unproffessional, then it is entirely on her that business will be taken elsewhere to a competitor. Untill that receptionist is replaced, no business should be done at this establishment as this single person is runing it.
