We used Susan to finalize our adoption we received placement of through a different agency. The case had several challenges and roadblocks but external sources and she handled them with professionalism, care, and honesty. I cannot thank her and Janet enough for all they have done for our family.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service to someone trying to be a customer. My explanation wasn't good enough for the person answering the phone, so every response I was given was full of attitude. I can't believe she is the first person talking to potential customers.
