I needed to hire an attorney, so I called Theresa Petrey in Ellensburg, WA, whom I had worked with before and thought I had left on good conditions. I thought wrong. I had called her office yesterday, Thursday, December 7 to speak with her, but was informed she was busy and would return my call today. As it was nearing 4:00 pm today, Friday, December 8 and I still had not heard from her, I called her office. A young man answers, takes my info, puts me on hold or so he thought, and I hear Theresa in the background laughing and and saying “she didn’t want to talk to me, what would she want to talk to me for?” The young man returns to the phone and informs me that Theresa is busy. I inform the young man that I heard everything that was said, he puts me back on hold, or so he thought again, and tells Theresa that I had heard everything and he didn’t know how to handle it. At this point, Rebecca Dellicker gets on the phone to try a smooth over the foot that had been firmly planted in Theresa’s lying mouth! Too late!
