I had an extremely poor experience. I hired Thu with 2 years required for K1 visa. During the two years no action would be performed unless I followed up. There were no attempts to communicate to me or my fiancée on progress. Originally hired so she could speak with my fiancée but if there was any attempts it was done by her assistant which did not know Vietnamese. I eventually went to her office and she closed my case without ever calling or sending emails. It was a waste of time. More should have been done, they even told me I had enough to move forward with the application but there was no action. My experience should be shared as a precaution to anyone attempting business with this practice.

Mario helped me every step of the way, even with COVID delays it took 2 years for my husband to get his visa abroad nothing they did it was a back up from canceled/rescheduled in person interviews in the consulate! This team however stuck by me until his visa was approved! Highly recommend!

I never really leave reviews, but I am compelled to leave one after my experience with this lawyer. I was warned not to hire her for my case, but I refused to listen (I gave her the benefit of the doubt). Please learn from the mistakes of others. She did not afford me any form of dignity and respect, from the onset of our case until its resolution. Do not waste your time and money on her. I have a whole story to tell if anyone wants to reach out to me about my experience.
