Not professional, lacks knowledge of the Law. Very ineffective. I am not sure how this person obtained a law license. If you are considering hiring an attorney, find one that has more than 2 stars. Also it should be noted he is pursuing people's debt in the middle of a world wide health crises, that should tell you everything you need to know. There are many good, professional attorney's out there, this in NOT one of them. There is an owner response saying stating I am not a client. I find it very strange there are only 2 people that gave this attorney anything but 1 star...and they were both left on the same day with NO EXPLANATION for why they left 4 stars. What I would say to people reading this, when in doubt, move on, find an attorney that is reliable and has good reviews. There certainly is a reason there are bad reviews here. Additionally, its very easy to find an attorney that doesn't have dubious comments. In closing, lets not forget about him "operating in the middle of a PANDEMIC" That is not a compliment to the level of service" as you stated, that is unethical, sad, and desperate...

I was reading through the reviews for this attorney, as I am researching and I see owner reply "that they are pretty sure" that people who left comments are not client's. First, I would like to know how they would know this ? Second and more importantly I would like the owner to address the disturbing question, why would you be participating in SUEING people in the middle of a world wide pandemic ? I am sure that the fact that you are suing people during a Pandemic is enough for people to move on to another attorney. As for myself, I have not used your service. However, I have a family law lawyer who is aware of your practice and basically says the google reviews are accurate ....After reading your response from owner comment, I will encourage them and others I know to "write an accurate review" ....I guess this is what happens when you go after poor people who have children and elderly parents in the midst of a World Wide Health crises ...

Not effective, bad attorney. Look for someone who has more then 2 stars ! There is a reason he is rated so low. I see the owner responded and stated that my review was a compliment. To that I would say, they attempted to sue me and got ZERO money...so that means they spent their client's money for nothing... They do not need my review to demonstrate their ineffectiveness.... one more ambulance chasing attorney...that could not be successful as a prestigious lawyer...so sinks to the bottom as an unsuccessful zombie debt collector. It's never too late to turn it around Tim. Consider a career where you do not go after poor people trying to take care of elderly parents or children .. especially in the middle of a world wide pandemic ... pathetic is an understatement....or in my case - unsuccessful ......

Terrible, this lawyer just obtained a judgement against me in the middle of a pandemic. His firm was calling and sending collection letters all the way into May 2020 (the worst part of the pandemic) ...he has no ethics or moral compass ... Does not know or care if you have starving children or if you are caring for elderly parent ....He JUST care about his lawsuit and money ... probably, the absolute worse type of person on the planet. Even if you are attempting to collect a debt, I would urge you to use a attorney that DID NOT operate in the middle of a Pandemic, like this was does. Find an attorney that have a shred of compassion.
