Me and my wife filed for chapter 13 in July of 2013. It was very overwhelming when we began. My wife nor myself knew anything about the process except for stories about how bankruptcy would ruin you. Needless to say it could not have been further from the truth. Nancy was a godsend, putting up with my numerous phone calls and questions throughout the 5 years. I really was ignorant to the situation we were in but she made it easy for us to understand and where we stood. After 5 years this past April (We actually satisfied our debt early), we completed our bankruptcy. We are in such a better place now than we ever imagined, learning how to budget, save money, and what is and not important. We really owe them a great debt of gratitude for EVERYTHING.
