Horrible receptionist. Very unprofessional from appearance to demeanor. Within customer service you never know who you are entertaining. This woman should understand that. I had someone I wanted to send there but after dealing with the woman at the front, I used another law firm. McCray should know who she hired, she’s a horrible representation of a good firm.

I had the best experience with this law firm it took a while to get things done but that's how Mis McCray is she likes to take her time so she can get things right I've never met a more honest and loyal attorney in my life she wants the best for all her clients.

Its been almost 2 years since I first started with this firm. I feel like I am chasing for feedback on my case. I can't get return calls nor updates. No one is ever available to talk. Not happy at all with "service."

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I don’t recommend this firm to anyone. Unfortunately, I was referred by a family member and i’ve been disappointed ever since. It’s been THREE years (August, 2019) No updates on my case, no response to my emails, no one answers the phone. I feel like i’m chasing them for information. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM IF YOU WANT TO SEE RESULTS
