Snarky, arrogant receptionist. Horrible first impression. Also, your firm charges for meet and greet appointment when one is not certain if one even wants to hire someone from your firm??? Was scolded, reprimanded by receptionist that one should have checked their spam messages if one did not receive messages from their firm in email. That in itself came across as rude. Extremely unfriendly. Your firm ought to be embarrassed and appalled by this receptionist's interaction with the public, a prospective client's first impression, as well as your firm's policy, charging for meet and greet. Your firm appears to be all about the money, not the client and client's situation. Seemingly, not concerned about the client, just concerned about dollar signs, the most money one can leach from a client. It is my perception that your firm does not present as holding quality ethics and humanity at it's core.
