The old lady that answers the phone is super rude she doesn't know anything about customer Service and also it is impossible to talk to the lawyer she is always busy, The older lady, I don't know her name, she's like Cuban, she's super rude to clients today she even threw the phone at me, she doesn't know anything about customer service (she's in the wrong job) it's impossible to talk to the lawyer, she's always busy and doesn't returns the calls.
