Dan Hernandez did my divorce for me and i would recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney for any type of family law issues. One thing i liked about him is that he was very honest with me. His office prepared my paperwork in a timely manner and there was never any underhandedness about what was happening. When we went to court, he had a very confident manner and presented well to the judge, which made things a lot easier and gave me a sense of comfort. Would def. recommend! -- Mike Klein

I was employed by Mr. Hernandez for 6 years as his legal assistant (2010-2016). He is a very honest and fair attorney and does his best to represent his clients' needs. Unlike other attorneys, Mr. Hernandez does not try to hold onto cases to bill the clients with "file maintenance fees" and other such garbage. Rather, he prefers to get the matter resolved in as timely a manner as possible in order to save the client money and close the case file. He is very honest with his clients and very up-front about what they should expect in their case. His realistic approach to legal matters was something that his clients consistently appreciated about him. I appreciated that, too, because as his employee, I could be realistic with the clients and not have to fabricate a story when they called. Since I have moved on to another career, I continue to recommend Mr. Hernandez to people I know who may have family law cases. Additionally, and most importantly, many of Mr. Hernandez' former clients recommend his practice too, which speaks highly of both his legal expertise and their satisfaction.

Daniel was very professional, straight forward and reasonable. Glad I found him. He was very helpful and amazing. He's worth every $$ when it comes to getting the job done. Dan is the man. I initially retained Dan as my attorney in 2014 I interviewed 2 other attorneys in the area and they were not up to my par . Since then he has represented me at least 4-5 times since my divorce was finalized in 2015. Unfortunately yes, several times "DRAMA" However having Dan represent me has been a total blessing, every time that I have retained him I have gotten a positive outcome. Dan is quite direct, and does not sugar coat much which is why whenever I have a issue that requires legal representation I make the call (Speed Dial). I have referred several people to Dan and they have told me "wow, He is Good". I know that if you are reading these reviews you are doing some due diligence if you are looking for a man of integrity and good moral character give Dan a call. He has a great support system who is there to assist with questions and guidance.
