If my husband and I could give this incompetent Attorney a zero, for this well-deserved review we would. Every complaint against this scammer is spot on. He basically took my husband's money and talked a good game because we all know that scammers have the gift to gab, and he did nothing he was supposed to do in representing him in a credit card case against Capital One that was obtained fraudulently in my husband's name. I and my husband have tried to reach Daniel since his incompetence lost the case and have been waiting for him to do a settlement and payment plan with Capital One. He blatantly lied to my husband and told him that he was negotiating with the Attorneys of Capital one and would get back to him. Well, my husband received his check today and he was garnished so there is no way that Daniel was negotiating anything on behalf of my husband. Unfortunately, because my husband had retained this man Capital One Attorneys would only talk to the Attorney who was representing him and that was Daniel. If you are looking for an attorney who lies, is not prepared for court, never returns phone calls, takes your money after being paid, and goes MIA leaving you in limbo Daniel J Andoni is the Attorney for you.

Every complaint I seen, are what happened to me. I knew Danny personally so I never looked up his reviews, until he didn’t show for court. He don’t respond , he missed my court days, all my original documents I sent are gone. It’s like all emails erase themselves or something. I was more so hurt that he let me down and I basically came to him in tears over an unjust custody issue. He never showed up and I’ve asked for my money back and I have not heard a word from him. I had to find a brand new attorney, start all the way over and in so short time due to Danny. I wish I could rate 0.

Took my money and ran. 2550.00 Won't return phone calls or emails. Use other people's phones and he answers, then plays it off that he never received any calls or emails. Hasn't done a single thing for my case. Haven't even made it to court.

He is the shady used car salesman of lawyers. Never presented any of my documents of proof to the court, never subpoenaed any of my witnesses which included mandated reporters of the state whom witnessed first hand of my child's abuse from his father. Didn't even show up for court for a motion. Like everyone else says, he talks a big game and then cashes checks and does absolutely zero work. Never sent itemized bills. He sent one one time because I refused to send anymore money without one, his email was snarky and sarcastic about having to even spend time drafting one when he could be working on my case... My son is now in the hands of his abuser. Now I have to fight even harder and spend more money to help fix this. He is a con artist. Only work he puts in is to call you for more money near the trial date when you are at your mercy.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Dan was an absolute waste of time and money. He did no work. He refused to answer phone calls or text messages. His representation was beyond negligent. In fact, we found out he made things WORSE, all while claiming he was taking action. In an issue over parenting time that has been wrongly withheld, he never presented make-up offers, or anything at all. He failed to give us interrogatories from the opposing side, TWICE. He then failed to turn our answers in on time. Thankfully, we had time stamps on everything we submitted. We have compiled recorded phone calls where he promised actions that were never taken, and he was often slurring his speech, leading us to wonder if he was under the influence of medication or something worse. He even said he'd be getting a recording of a proceeding to prove that we were wrong about what was said (because once again, he dropped the ball) , and we never heard back. He simply vanished. We reached out numerous times and got no reply. I could go on forever. We’ve talked to former clients of his who had similar experiences, so if anyone else would like to get together and discuss next steps, please reach out.
