Very disappointed in their customer service. I called to see about getting a question answered. Literally one question. Long story short they gave me the run around and they wanted me to pay in the neighborhood of $300-600 bucks for a hour call just to have 1 quick simple question answered. Was a bad and misleading experience. I called another attorney after them and a nice gentleman answered the phone. He gave me 10 minutes of his time and was more than helpful! Hope this place takes note of this and is more transparent and doesn’t give you the run around when someone calls. It’s call good customer service and being transparent. But that is so hard to find now a days…
