Best law office experience ever! I was referred to Drew by another awesome attorney I had for years. I got a traffic ticket 1.5 hrs from where I lived. I was overwhelmed with finding someone in that area. He represented for that area (Platte City or County I believe). I have ZERO regrets. After contacting 2 of the 3 attorneys she referred me to, (he was the last of the 3 I called), I was sold for for several reasons. Karen's (afternoon assistant) customer service and explanation of everything was SUPERB. Communication was very clear. I needed a continuance as I didn't want to drive 3 hrs rt and take off work. She and Drew made it happen. I then had communication with Heather (his morning assistant), and she too was AWESOME with the follow-up, my payment, communication, etc. From start to finish this team was everything I needed and more. Very efficient. Everything handled timely and with the best customer service. They took stress off of me by taking my payment over the phone and working with my pay dates. Drew followed up at the end with both him and Heather thanking me for being an awesome client. That meant a lot to me. I'm confident they can handle your need/s.
