My case with Elaine became a night matter. I started in 2015 now after 7 year I don't have even work permit and I didn't take my fingers primt nether. A migrations office told me that my case will take 4or 5 years more . So it will be around 12 years to be done. When I singed the lease with Elaine she told me that my case will be done and 3 or4 years.

In an immigration emergency with loss of wife’s job and uscis threat of deportation of my wife. Sent a question on Avvo on July 3rd with no response and called July 3rd to set appointment for initial consult and can’t see us until August 9th!! My wife will loose her job with a nj college. I have been a client since May of 2018 and I'm extremely disappointed with their recent service. I tried to talk about my case through the phone and in person but she was very DISRESPECTFUL. Basically she didn't care and she had no interest with my case.
