We used this firm for our home purchase and went with the flat rate package to cover the whole process. We were hesitant to spend the money because despite not being a lawyer myself, I do have extensive experience reading legal contracts for complex deals. That said, this was entirely worthwhile. It's not just your ability to read and understand the agreements, it's having the depth of the real estate domain so you know what unknowns are important to protect yourself against, experience with what's reasonable to push for in the given market, etc. Jason was entirely professional, while being responsive and helpful through the entire process. I was also pleased that there was never a whiff of an attempt to upsell or "this isn't part of the package". I have certainly seen that with other law firms before.
