This was my first experience with a private attorney Jerry and his staff were amazing not only did he handle my case immediately, he got us into court within less than a week and he got all my cases closed without me ever being on the docket!!!!! I definitely recommend the law offices of Jerry kagan he gets the job done. “LIKE HAVING KEYS TO THE JAIL”

Worst experience ever. He took my money and did nothing to help me. J.kagan then promised to do what should have been done years ago for an additional fee which my 61 yr old father worked hard for and again failed to uphold his side of the agreement ,he refuses to give my father his money back because my father lost the receipts. If Kagan promises you ANYTHING please have him put it on paper with his signature. Would not recommend Kagan for traffic violations much less criminal defense. Keep all receipts and document any interaction because the honor system and good faith do not apply when Kagan wants your money. Good luck and God bless.

Took my son-in-law‘s money and did nothing for him. Started off OK then started to mess him over. This guy is a loser. Don’t let those five stars fool you. He knew it was the last $1500 at my son-in-law had. He said he could help he was recommended still sat and did nothing.
