He was extremely thorough and organized, very personable, always punctual and courteous, and he even made me laugh a few times when my spirits were down. My case was difficult for me emotionally. John Kirby helped me when no one else wood. I was dumped by another lawyer who took my case but did absolutely nothing towards resolving it. She kept talking about how much time we had and "when it gets a little closer to the statute" (running out). Then about two months before the deadline, she called with a ridiculously low offer from the insurance company, and when I told her it was not acceptable, she dumped me. I called all over and no one would help me. No one but John Kirby. Once he was on the case, everything changed. He got things filed and was in contact with the insurance company. He stood up for me and got me a FAIR settlement that will allow me to get much needed treatments so I can hopefully get better and get some sense of normalcy back. He's a wonderful attorney - very honest, and very professional. He did a great job and I cannot say enough good things about him. I will definitely hire him again should I need an attorney!
