Mr Knight answered the phone when I called! Talking about service! Unfortunately I was unable to retain him to assist me only because of location, otherwise based on his raving recommendation/referrals from colleagues and clients alike, his willingness to assist me the best he could with only a phone call and his availability, means I would have retained him on the spot.
