His law firm is not super huge so you know you are getting individualized attention from Joe himself, which is reassuring. He is an expert, efficient, communicative, professional, and still really relatable. It was such a surprise that the process was so enjoyable, thanks to his guidance. He gave great advice, anticipated next steps, and kept all the different parties on the same page. He also charges a very reasonable price which was shocking for the high quality service he delivers! I know that when someone has consistent 5 stars on reviews I wonder whether they are too good to be true or somehow try to incentivize or elicit reviews; Joe is one of those rare cases where he is go great, people just want to share the news and say great things! We saved so much money by working with Joe and not using a realtor and it was such a great experience, that I hope to work with him again any time we are buying/selling property!
