Laurel Loomer advises her clients in family law, business planning, tax planning, and estate planning.  She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of starting and growing a small to medium business from idea to full operational status. She has helped clients in corporation formation, adherence to corporate regulations, contract review and creation, tax law issues and corporate dissolution. She has also helped her clients with personal estate planning and family. Her years of experience as business creator and manager have given her a strong background in real world knowledge when helping her clients. Laurel not only understands the legal aspects of running a business, she knows the practical applications of that knowledge. She loves to help entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses!

She is an instructor of Dental Law and Ethics at Dental Specialties, Inc., and she is a professor at Lincoln Law School of San Jose. Laurel attended Lincoln Law School of San Jose and served as Editor in Chief of the Law Review.

Laurel is licensed by the California State Bar, the Northern District Federal Court, and the Central District Federal Court.   Laurel has extensive business experience and specializes in business law, estate law, and family law.
