Worse place to have a case, they are rude as if theyer not getting paid. They know we pay for thier service and we still get very bad service.
We work with Nubia she is extremely efficient professional and detail oriented. She is very attentive to all our questions, needs and concerns. I would always receive a reply/call back within a short span of time. We’re very happy to have work with them and strongly recommended them to anyone who looking an immigration lawyer.
First impression was horrible they booked me at 9:00 am today, i shows up 5 min early and ended leaving at 9:30 they never showed up never bother to text me or call me they weren’t going to be able to make it that’s not professional at all if they leave you hanging on your first appointment what can I expect from them besides the area is ghetto. Just wasted my time and gas for nothing Muy mal servicio me dejaron plantado en mi primer cita me dieron cita hoy a las 9am y nunca nadie llego me fui a las 9:30 y nadie me hablo para avisarme que no irían solo perdono tiempo.
To long waiting for appointment, almost a month to get an appointment date
Do not recommend!!! We went here for a consultation and first impression was horrible. First, the area is really bad, there's hobos sleeping in the downstairs hallway. Second, when we arrived at the office the attorney and the assistants were drinking, the person that passed us in was clearly intoxicated. Anyway, we spoke to an assistant, it was not even an attorney and their prices are so high, so we got out of there like a flash, throughout the whole time we were telling ourselves to give the place a chance, but there was no way we could stay with them, trust in the firm was gone the moment we walked in and everyone was in the reception area chit chatting and drinking. We continued to look for someone to help us with our case, and much to our surprise we were recommended to go to an immigration consultant. We were skeptical, but decided to give it a try. We called for a consultation and found out that the immigration consultant is also an employee for the Solis firm, we recognized him through the picture they have of him on here. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to us, the price was not bad either. Unfortunately, because he does work for the Solis firm we decided to not give him the case. Based on our experience in the firm, we didn't think it was a good idea to give our case to one of the firms irresponsible employees. We ended up finding a great attorney elsewhere who oversees our case personally and the price was very reasonable.
