Worst experience ever, this office cares about money and nothing else and will find every way to screw you over!!! There are far better attorneys out there! Avoid this office like the plague!!!!! If you have any frustrations with them and try to voice them, even in a respectful manner, they hang up the phone and refuse to speak to you! Terrible place overall and a complete lack of communication throughout! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Do not hire!!! There are better immigration attorneys all over GR! She is after your money, not your best interest. She does not respond to clients, and she doesn't know how to talk to people. And while they claim I have never used their services, no I have not. My family member has and I have been with them through the entire process of their application journey. We have different last names. It is unfortunate to see this lack of professionalism in the law community, especially immigration law, and more specifically at Latinx people by a Spanish attorney!

Marielo definitely knows what she is doing. She has a very strong character but she gets the job done for sure. She definitely did what she was hired to do. She may not be extra nice but she is an amazing lawyer. I highly recommend her.

There is a lack of communication, initiative, and above all respect. My mom found this lawyer from one of her colleagues. I joined with my mom for support. My mom did her due diligence and asked her questions and this lawyers answers were absolutely condescending. Yet, I did hear she was the best so I emailed this lawyer a couple of times to explain about my case and she only replied once and never heard from her again. Will never come here again for assistance nor recommend it.
