Mark & Alan helped me out with a very complicated situation involving removing squatters from a building I acquired during the pandemic. They were smart, creative, responsive, and their filings were always tight and rarely needed much editing. They are efficient with your time and very little BS - which is hard to find in my experience in a mostly hourly legal profession. I would highly recommend them and I would personally not hesitate to hire them again for things that might come up.
Had I known what I know today I would have never hired them to fight my case. Always late never updates me on my case. I just recently watched another court case Of the same incident I had they won but because i didnt have much money to continue i lost the case definitely felt as if my attorney was working for the the other side so i didnt stand a chance so i felt. BE CAREFUL Money talks an if you dont have much of it then dont expect much help from them. My first time ever and they screwed me bad. Less then 1 star for me
