I met with over six lawyers (including in fancy offices) in the Brighton and Howell area before deciding to work with Mark Doran. Mark was so much better than all of them that it is not even a comparison - he clearly new a lot about the law but was also compassionate, listened carefully, adjusted to my needs, and came up with great ideas for my husband and I to consider, etc. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Mr Doran has met with my wife 2 times in a state of manic / depression brought on by her PPMS where she is noticeably distraught and manic. On both occasions he accepted a retainer of $3500.00 from her each time.. "a person in a compromised mental condition" The first time was a month or so ago and she realized what she had done two days later and canceled the process. The 2nd one was this morning and she wrote him a bad check from three years ago with wrong address for his services. I guess carma does work out sometimes. I would not recommend any attorney that will accept a retainer from a obviously distraught person after a 1 hour consultation not once but two times. MARK OBVIOUSLY HAS NO INTEGRITY OR COMPASSION IN MY EYES

Mark is one of the most honest and down to earth attorneys. He is compassionate, caring and honest. Does not give you the run around and tells you how it is. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mark is an angel among men. He is intelligent and aggressive. At the same time he is patient and kind. Hire this guy if you need help.
