So after about 15 dead phone calls from this place, I actually get somebody online. The lady was rude and refused to give me any information about the company when pressed. She advised she would put me on a do not call list and then hung up. I called back got a second CSR who started rattling off information wanting me to confirm date of birth and social security number on a cold call. Seriously? This is how people's identity get stolen, like what happened with me in the past. When I explain this to them they hung up on me again. I called back a third time got the same person from the second call who finally actually listened to what I had to say about my concerns about their phone calls. She told me to Google the company to find out who they were. Well here I am! You get a lot further with sugar then you do with vinegar capo partners! Teach your outbound call team how to speak to people and they won't get a piss-poor attitude back at them! You can go back and listen to the recorded audio, I really don't care. Nobody should confirm any personal information over the phone with anyone on a cold call. Capital partners, find a better attitude and do better.

Very nasty attitudes, refuses to tell me why she’s calling me, demands I tell her if the information is correct she read off to me and I will not answer her until she tells me what the calls about and she continues refusing any information. Very unprofessional bottom feeder behavior. It seems to me, people will take these jobs no matter what they have to do to people, just so they can have a remote job and sit at home.

Someone keeps calling but they do not say why are they calling me for and why... Instead they throw my personal information at me as if that was public domain to the world... Please educate your call center people to be more educated. For now I believe this is a scam... I think this is for a "medical bill" maybe... ???... Anyways I don't owe any bills to anyone. I have not been in a hospital on clinic lately. Probably a leak on their system and now want to charge innocent people like you and me. Not very nice if you ask me.

Debt collectors are leeches of society. If we had a reasonable healthcare system they wouldn’t be needed but that’s not the case. The person I spoke to was willing to play ball which I appreciate.. however, their industry is bullshit now because health debt doesn’t affect credit scores. I paid the bs $570 because the lady was nice, but again, I think if these companies (not the people that work for them) pariah of society. Just don’t pay them. It won’t hurt your credit score and eventually they’ll go out of business.

Very nasty attitudes. Called me multiple times and when I answer they refuse to tell me who they are or why they are calling me until I have MORE of my personal information. Absolutely not, I told this lady to NEVER call me again! Please block them, this is a scam fronting as “debt collectors”. If I could give No stars I would!
