SUCCESSFUL I-485 I’ve had an asylum case which was withdrawn after filing family based i-485 petition. I applied in December of 2017 and had several interviews but, never heard back from the USCIS. This March 2021 I hired Nicklaus and he filed mandamus to Uscis. I had the interview this July after one year which was my Third Interview. I didn’t hire a lawyer in the beginning which was a big mistake. Nicklaus also, came along with me for my interview and he was very helpful and asked many questions to the immigration officer. He literally was a godsend. I got may permanent resident card last week. Thank you very much Nicklaus and I highly recommend him. He was available all the time and replied all of my emails. He walked me through everything. He’s a very good and knowledgeable attorney.
Nicklaus is helping us with our immigration nightmare. We have absolutely no complaints about him, he had showed very good knowledge in the immigration matter he is helping us, he was able to help us even miles away to get some documents that for a while seemed out of reach. We don't know how long this process will take but we know that we hired a very helpful and knowledgeable immigration lawyer.
