On 8/2/2023, at approximately 2:00 PM, I had a scheduled meeting with Attorney Joseph Patten Brown III (Pat Brown). For unknown reasons, Attorney Brown was unable to meet with me during that time. Thus, an associate attorney named Alissa Gatto filled in. I provided Alissa with all pertinent facts and documents pertaining to my case. On 9/1/2023, I was informed that The Law Office of Pat Brown, Attorney Pat Brown accepted my case. Within the ten-month timespan I never met with Attorney Brown. All communication was with Alissa via email. I found myself following up, requesting an update in the case almost monthly as I was never informed of any case progression. It appears I was being stalled throughout the exchange of over thirty emails and ten months of anxiously awaiting a meeting with Attorney Brown to discuss a course of action. On 6/6/2024, at approximately 3:20 PM, I received an email from Alissa stating, "After speaking with Attorney Brown and reviewing/discussing the evidence in your case, we've decided that we're not going to pursue this suit". I find it hard to believe that it took ten months, failing to meet with the attorney who accepted my case, and the lack of and delayed communication between his associate attorney to come to this decision. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of legal representation I received from this law office.

I want to thank Attorney Patten Brown for performing in such a an excellent and professional way in my criminal case. He was always so persistent and made me feel comfortable and ready for my outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a criminal attorney & I will definitely be contacting him for any future services.
