I can’t believe how great a criminal lawyer Paul Stanko is! He downplays his experience (“I have been practicing over 40 years, so sometimes I get it right!”--actual quote) but there really is no substitute for experience! One thing I noticed every time we went to court was how much respect everyone in the courts showed him. It was obvious that everybody in the system appreciates his knowledge and experience. I can't imagine that a less accomplished or respected lawyer would have gotten me the amazing deal he got. When he told me what he had accomplished, I thought he was joking at first. I hope I never need him again, but will tell anyone I know that Judge Paul Stanko is the one to see for criminal cases in Plymouth. He is brilliant, confident, professional, and an all around great human being.
I contacted Paul after I was pulled over for speeding in Kosciusko County. The cop smelled weed in my car, and I admitted to having a small quantity in my console. I mistakenly thought I was facing just a small fine, but possession is still a crime in Indiana! Paul got me a Pretrial Diversion. Basically, I stayed out of trouble, and the case was eventually dismissed. Definitely call Paul if you get arrested in Indiana! BTW, I found him through NORML.
Paul Stanko's skill and experience are without parallel. I have called upon him for expert guidance in several criminal matters, and I have recommended him to friend's and relatives. You should see the way he commands a courtroom! He is universally respected and highly regarded. I like the fact that he quotes a flat fee and I never have to worry about getting a surprise bill.
Very unprofessional. To say that I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. Never once did Mr.Stanko show up to any of my court dates. Never once did Mr.Stanko return any of my calls. As for texting, which was the primary way of communication, he was extremely seldom at best. In fact the only times he did text me back regarding my case was on: Dec 1, 2019 which was first contact. January 14, 2020 and Feb 23, 2020. Speaking of which, the only time he actually responded to me in a timely manner was when we were talking payment. I would advise others to check out his yelp page as well as to stay clear of Mr.Stanko, seeing as a lot more of his clients share the same discontent. As for you Mr.Stanko Warren County Court sends their regards P.S. The judge who was looking over my case in Warren County also told the Lake County Bar to give him disciplinary action
Great lawyer. He helped me avoid charges that would have ruined my life and career. He really knows his stuff and is clearly very respected in the courtroom. He got me a deal better than anything I expected, and was a great resource along the way whenever I had any questions during the process. I’d recommend him to anyone.
