They keep saying sorry due to complex nature of this cases and yet the application forms have even instructions. To many bad reviews equal they don't care for the people and there's no way to get u money back. Wow

Poor communication. Worked with them for 4 years on a case and as time went by they never gave updates, I always had spend several hours trying to contact them. Rodrigo would request documents which I would promptly send and it would take up to a month to get a response. I requested that someone else work on my case and that never happened . They did however change lawyers without my knowledge at least 3 times. I paid promptly for their time and feel like they got paid so they didn’t care how long or how inefficient they were.
