I spoke to Mr. Davis at our initial consultation, paid his retainer fee and never spoke to him again (until I fired him). Everything was handled by his paralegal or assistant if it was handled at all. He routinely ignored emails and voice mails from me despite his contract stating he would respond to such inquiries within 48 hours. For months his office sent emails intended for me to someone else and then billed me for these emails and missed hearings. Scheduled phone consultations with him were routinely ignored with no effort on his part to reschedule. Requests for billing also went ignored for weeks. When his paralegal finally responded with an updated bill (the first I'd received from him) it showed he'd blown through the retainer fee and was requesting an additional $3,000. Proceedings that should have ended months ago have dragged on for more than a year. He is expensive, unresponsive and lacks the diligence necessary to provide zealous representation.

Very technical and instinctual! I was amazed at his professionalism and confidence in the court room.
