When going through a struggling tough time in life, you need someone to help you not make things worse. The Law Office of Susan L. Ward was not just inept but made my life more difficult. From not answering my emails, charging me for misunderstanding/communication time to mistakes in billing ($10,000)and NOT following my directions they created a hardship for me making my divorce and debt lawsuit even more heartbreaking. With the understanding of "all work gets billed", Law Offices of Susan L. Ward should be representing me I have proof that was not true. I would not recommend ever hiring them. I utilized Susan as parenting coordinator and would warn anyone against using her as one. She's extremely unresponsive and takes an excessive amount of time (multiple months) to submit orders on issues brought to her. This rendered her essentially useless as a PC.

This lady charged my parents over 10 grand just for me to lose in my divorce case back in February. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY. I believe the whole point of attorney is to help. This lady made me look stupid because my mom was paying her so she was communicating with her and not ME at all I never spoke to this lady one time I was missing court dates and everything because I never knew when I had court she never notified me , email, mail or anything she made me look like a bad parent when my car broke down and I was in the process of moving out of my old home. The only person I spoke to towards the end was her assistant maybe twice and then Kerry koyne but even then he still lost in court. And my ex husband got everything he wanted. These people are a joke. How can you can you make your client look bad. 1/10 do not recommend don't waste your time or money like my parents did.

I can NOT recommend this firm. **Edit. You might not have any knowledge of me but I called your office and your offices rhetoric over the phone was absolutely horrible. I would never ever hire a law firm that talk to me like that. You shouldn't treat people like that. This is the result.
