Mr Henderson was extremely rude from the very beginning. He didn't even greet us professionally or try to get to know us or even understand why we wanted to meet with him. He needs to retire. He is a grumpy old man. Sad way to treat people.

Very very rude man, I don’t think I have ever been treated with such disrespect before even understanding any of the issues at hand. Someone else left a review saying he was creepy, I have to say I agree with that. I’m not going to leave all the details however, I would find a different attorney if I were you.

At 7:30 in the evening of 5/21/24 I was walking past the employee entrance of this law practice when I was verbally harassed by a man (probably boss man Henderson) exiting the building and locking the door. I don't know what this guy's issues are (and I don't really care) but he really isn't very wise.....these days it's foolhardy to do what he did. And seeing the number of one-star reviews on Google and the numerous references to his rude manner it frankly doesn't surprise me now.

Very terrible experience. Phoebe doesn't know what she is talking about and never calls you back. We received conflicting advice from her. My impression is that she should have referred us to another lawyer. Also, the paperwork she did for us was not accurate - make sure you read anything that is done by this office, but better than that, go somewhere else.

Just be advised to when you are speaking with him and he starts talking to you about your family, and telling you about his family, he is charging you every minute! He totally ripped off my Mother years ago and his Daughter also took total advantage of a good friend of mine.
