Law Offices- Public Defender (Riverside)

Totally unprofessional. Has anyone else ever tried to get a call back? I've yet to receive a call back out of at least 10 phone calls to them. I realize their very busy but that's part of the job. They should try doing it.

I agree this office is Very Unprofessional. Will not answer emails or return calls left. This office needs to be managed by someone else who cares and know they work for the people.

Didn't solve my problems or do anything I would do shot something at me like the name of the person identity frauding you is your alias or might be. Hello, just check if it's a real name.

I have been trying to get in touch with Ms. Williams for the last 3 weeks. I have left voicemails, left messages with the receptionist and nothing. Not even, I'll call you back, etc...This place is unprofessional and don't care for their clients.
