I have used Larry Adashek, PA for several years for our Estate Planning. The process was very easy and Larry explained everything in great detail so we had a thorough understanding of what we were setting up. Most recently I have worked with Larry and his paralegal, Karen (Kay) Lenkey to close out my parents Discretionary Trust and distribute the funds to the beneficiaries. They were both extremely helpful. However, I need to give a special shout out to Kay for her patience with answering my many, many questions and assisting me with how to proceed. She was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and informative. She always got back to me in a timely manner and helped me in so many ways including how to collect unclaimed property that had gone to the State. Elder care can be very confusing. You need someone in your court that’s knowledgeable and understands your situation and that can help you plan appropriately for an aging parent, spouse or even yourself. Mr. Adasheck is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his clients. I learned more in 1 hour from him than I ever knew about protecting assets for an aging parent. Mr Adashek and my sister conspired to remove $25,000 dollars from my inheritance. My mom had been diagnosed with dementia yet he Created a trust agreement that my mother did not have the capacity to agree to. My sister through power of attorney signed and executed the trust. She kept moms money from the the trust in regular checking account rather than a trust account. So they created special exceptions for money in checking account and special accounts to be paid to third parties. Did not reveal any documents requested to this day. Not a disgruntled family member just someone who did not lawyer up and got ripped off big time.
