I am glad to be able to submit a review for the Law office of Lebowitz & Mzhen. I am not a person that usually submit reviews however, my attorney Jack Lebowitz is so deserving of this 5 star review. In 2019, I was in an automobile accident, I was not at fault but specific circumstances warrant me to get an attorney. I searched the internet for a highly rated attorney in the area. I found that Lebowitz & Mezhen had great reviews of successful cases as well as very satisfied clients. Therefore, I decided to make the call to them for legal consultation. It was the best decision I could've made, from the very first day I sat with them, they assured me that they would be able to help me with my case. In the beginning, I worked with the staff as they gathered all that was needed from me and they made every aspect of my case seamless on my end. They did everything from handling things such as getting my vehicle towed, getting my rental, to setting up my physical therapy sessions and taking care of all of my medical bills. When I needed to speak with Jack there was never a problem or an issue of him not being available.. he extended multiple ways to reach him via email, office number even his cell. If I ever left a message with questions, Jack would call me back immediately with direct and clarifying information. I never felt as if I was being ignored or non important. He also took the time to educate me on the legalities of a specific process that needed to take place for my medical bills. As a matter of fact at times Jack made me feel like he was working on my case nonstop. He was in constant contact with me, more importantly he was present, when I was ready to settle my case. I was very pleased with the settlement amount that I received and overall how my case was handled. This is why I rate this law office with 5 stars. Now i hope this review, would do the same for others in search of a great law firm as the reviews I read, did for me.
