I would not trust any legal issue with this firm. I recently called to request information, and as an individual working in the legal industry with a full understanding of client concerns regarding privacy, I am shocked to have received the treatment that I did. During my call, I highlighted the sensitive nature of my case and the representative was very short with me. I ask for confidentiality and the representative continued to push me to disclose more and more of my information. I asked simple questions such as "how much information do you need, is there a way that I can proceed without providing compromising information, etc, and the representative that I spoke to routinely interrupted me and ultimately hung the phone up on me. Again, I am not one to complain, but as an individual that expects just the bare-minimum when it comes to customer service, I was dismayed to be treated this way by a firm that is supposedly working in the interest of their clients.
