Thanks to Lena and Joseph and a whole lot of patience, I finally acquired my citizenship this year and due to covid we had to wait a little over two years give or take of waiting for an interview. I am in my late 30's and have been a resident of the Unites States since the mid 90's but it took many years and courage to finally begin the process of becoming a citizen due to unforeseen circumstances regarding paperwork that my father filed in the 80's and led to my parents, sister and myself being put under removal proceedings which resulted in my fear of having to deal with immigration again even after I legally re-acquired my permanent residency in 2008, after about seven years of fighting against immigration in federal court and that is why I only attempted the process a few years ago. My family's case was very complicated and long but thanks to Lena and Joseph and their caring demeanor we discussed the case that happened with my family and they took care of my citizenship with a heartfelt understanding and care which put some of my fears at ease. I can not thank them enough for everything they have done for me, I am so impressed and forever grateful of them and their law firm that I am going to hire them again to look at my mothers case. When it comes to immigration cases I have the utmost confidence in Lena and Joseph and you should too if you are considering them as your immigration lawyer.

Initially I filed my documents on my own then a few months after I decided to get a lawyer. I did my Google research and Lena's office grabbed my attention, because of the reviews. I contacted them for consultation, which went towards my fees (awesome). After the detalied consultation that Lena gave, there was no hesitation for me to use her. They took over my case and it was greatness from there. July 27th 2022 USCIS requested RFE ( request for evidence). They provided us with limited time to respond. Nevertheless the team and I got everything together and they submitted. About a week after the documents was received by USCIS, which is August 29th Joe called me to tell me USCIS approved my case, without me doing an interview.. that's right, my interview was waived based on the documents that Lena sent it. Lena is so good at what she does! I can't emphasize that enough. I am the happiest person alive right now! I can't thank them enough. My card is in the mail to me! God is good.
