Reviews

This review is for Heather Burns Posniak who I believe is an associate attorney with the firm. I hope that she represents the bottom quality of those affiliated with the firm, which I suspect may be the case, because she is not what I’d expect from a professional. From sloppy handling of case items to an all out inappropriate appearance for court (her makeup and outfit for family court looked more befit for a gentleman’s club), I was pretty shocked by her personal affect. She is crass, aggressive, and difficult to communicate with. Don’t know about the others, but if they try to dump Ms. Pozniak onto you, I’d look swiftly elsewhere.
I can't really comment on the quality of legal representation. I called office, told them I wanted to inquire about pursuing a variance in my locality. The secretary told me that they work in the twp. and it would be a conflict of interest. Before I could ask her for a referral or even thank her she abruptly hung up. Sorry I called. This may be the best legal firm in Chester County, but I'll never find out.
We went to this firm 2 years ago to have a will drawn up. We met with Laureen Kemp. We gave her all of the information about assets, beneficiaries and executor...then we never heard from her again.
