Please be cautious when choosing Pooja Patel, Esq. as your immigration lawyer. After having an unsuccessful case with her, I can now honestly say that she is condescending, greedy and selfish. We payed her over 30k for a failed process and days before our court date she decided to go out of town on vacation and basically left us stranded on our own. We had to pay another lawyer over 2k just to go with us to our hearing, thanks (Pooja). After our failed hearing we just got ghosted from her and didn´t even bother to check up on us to try to figure out what the next step will be. She is a lawyer that is in it for the money not because she wants to help people. We are now terrify that we might have to leave this country all thanks to her and her promises!!!
