Very quick to answer questions, most of the time while on the phone or very quickly with a return call. Very professional experience. A very nice well kept office and waiting area. It's hard for some to swallow their pride and ask for help, bankruptcy is a huge financial decision for the average person, the staff at Licata never made us feel small or belittled for our decision to file. It's their job as bankruptcy attorneys to help and they do. The support staff are very welcoming and very helpful. I have friends in bankruptcy that have called their own lawyer with questions and concerns and have had zero response, terrible customer service. A higher cost to file, and it can't all be because of the pandemic. Just a bad choice of attorney. Not the case here. I would recommend Licata to anyone who needs answers or help. Our case is finally over, the process has taught us to live within our means. Figure out your needs vs. your wants, and you will be successful after and during your bankruptcy as well.

I was so nervous and had bad anxiety thinking it would be so hard to file chapter 7 bankruptcy! When I called Licata I asked questions and they gave me fast response and was able to actually talk to Marc that became my attorney that day about my soon to be case and he was great!
