My disability claim was denied twice when I submitted it myself. As soon as I was represented by Linarducci Law, I received expert guidance, followed their instructions for tests and necessary documentation and my claim was approved and processed without having to go to a hearing! I qualified for disability and proved it with the documentation I submitted but I needed the guidance of a law firm to ensure I met all submission requirements. They were knowledgeable, personable and effective! I definitely recommend them if you need assistance with a disability claim.

Do not recommend they don't even want to help someone who's trying to be proactive about their disabilities. Must be out of work and out of money for 6 months or more before they will even bother helping. So for the proactive people out there I do not recommend.

Melissa Green and her team were excellent. They had fantastic communication with me throughout the process. My claim went to appeal and Ms. Green had a clear and concise strategy. It was presented to the ALJ at my hearing and he clearly understood the facts of my claim. The hearing was swift and smooth and my claim was approved in 2 weeks.
