SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT - Received two notices from these “attorneys at law” stating i have a balance for DE (which i never travel through) that has gone unpaid. I have called on separate days at separate times and even left three separate voicemails on some of those days. Of course no one returns the calls. I have contacted EZPass in MD, DE, NJ, and NY to see if I have an outstanding balance or collections notice - ALL have said my account is in good standing with no money owed. DISREGARD ANY MAIL FROM THIS “COMPANY” IT IS A SCAM.

Same experience with everyone else here. I checked my EZ pass, and I’m PA not DE, and there is no transaction listed on the day the letter shows. Called them and was on hold for more than 30 mins. Can we start a class lawsuit against them and DelDot, this is outrageous!

I called them to ask for their email so I could send them documentation from the people they say we owed money to, showing we owed nothing - they said they don't have an email address. What legitimate company does not have email.

Absolute clowns who attempt to go after people for "unpaid tolls on behalf of DelDOT" years after the alleged violation with criminal markup ($12 in alleged violations from 2022 turned into $274.50, a 2287% markup now in 2025). It is impossible to get anyone on the phone regarding this, and when you submit evidence of their wrongdoing, it takes over a year to get back to you. Unreal.

I just received a $91.50 Toll fee for a toll of $4 from last year. What should I do. Any recommendations will be well appreciated.
