I contacted them because of the 5 star rating but I didn't see any recent reviews so I did question it. I am highly disappointed I switch from one attorney to them because of horrible communication and there communication is also horrible. I have called on several occasions left messages for my attorney to call me on his personal voicemail and with the receptionist with no phone call returned. Hired the attorney months ago the insurance company doesn't even know who my attorney is because they have not notified them that they are representing me. I am so disappointed that I have again look for a new attorney. Also the attorneys paralegal was supposed to make an appointment with a physical therapist and made an appointment with a chiropractor that I specifically asked not to be booked such a lack of communication. I would not want someone representing me that can not properly communicate.

A distracted driver crashed into the driver's side of my car. I suffered back and neck pain and it took a lot of doctors and a lot of time to feel better. Excellent customer service and settlement dispersement!

Because I had been in a few prior wrecks, when I had a wreck a few years ago I had trouble finding an attorney who would take my case.xa0 This wreck was clearly not my fault.xa0 The wreck injured my back and caused me to lose time from work and even have injections in my back.xa0 Several lawyers told me that the insurance company would never settle because of my prior injuries.xa0 I had the impression that these lawyers didn't want to fight on my behalf.xa0 I am very happy that I found Houston Smith of Link & Smith, P.C. to be my personal injury lawyer.xa0 He was recommended by a friend who had used his services several years ago.xa0 Mr. Smith agreed to take my case and, as others had predicted, the insurance companyxa0 for the at-fault driver refused to settle.xa0 Mr. Smith filed suit on my behalf in Coweta County and eventually the insurance company agreed to attend mediation.xa0 At mediation the offer was another low-ball so Mr. Smith suggested that we walk out of mediation.xa0 Mr. Smith pressed the case on to trial and the insurance company finally made a good offer when we were on the courthouse steps.xa0 Based on my experience with insurance companies, I would suggest that anyone who suffers personal injuries because of the fault of somebody else should hire counsel, and I strongly recommend Houston Smith and his law firm of Link & Smith, P.C.
