Very poor experience from start to end. I found some of my tools thrown in the garbage can while they were packing my garage. Items had to be left behind because they ran out of room. Numerous items were damaged during the moving process. I saw packers standing on several dressers as they were loading the truck. Boxes were crushed, furniture was damaged and 2 tv's were broken. The storage unit they placed the items in was crazy. They packed boxes, totes and furniture 10 feet high. Lots of damage and now a denial to take responsibility even after buying the extra insurance. This was a $17,000 move....Just terrible!!! Your reply is a typical denial of responsibility. The implication that I damaged my property is ridiculous. You’ve taken the path of plausible deniability, rather than let’s look at this situation. While your team was throwing my property in the storage unit no inspection for damage was conducted. My wife sat in her car in the 95 degree heat while your movers haphazardly stacked my property. She was not aware that each item had to be inspected, and quite frankly the moving team wasn’t going to allow her to inspect each item. I advise everyone to stay clear of this company. If you do choose to use them the insurance is worthless. To show how careless they are, I received a Yogibo beanbag chair that isn't mine. I'm sure it came from another load on the truck and it's owner is upset. But I'll bet you denied their claim too....

Customer service was exceptional, Maria Morales was very detailed with the process, helpful answering all my questions. Great with follow up! The crew who picked up my item from New York, boxes, furniture and bins were extremely careful. They took their time wrapping all my mirrors and delicate items. I highly recommend them. The crew who delivered my items in Georgia were on time and extremely careful bringing things in. I haven't opened my boxes yet so can not comment on items being damage. Overall a great company to work with, my load weight was less then anticipated, I received a phone call immediately telling me I will be receiving a credit. Honesty is the best policy!

There was a hitch in the middle of moving a large very heavy machine. When it was sorted out and the crew that returned did an extraordinary job getting may machine up two flights of stairs. In all instances I found the crew to be punctual, friendly, professional and skilled, not to mention very strong. It was a tricky move to pull off. I can’t say enough positive things about Mike Gullo and his crew. I found Adam Nepell also to be professional, organized and on top of details. The machine was to be moved on a certain day and was only partially delivered. This was a slight issue and was resolved in a reasonable amount of time considering the task. Where I take issue is that i was asked to pay an additional full price for the second day move, that also needed special equipment that was not on hand the first day. After some negotiation I agreed to pay roughly a third for the additional day in order the expedite the move.This was a mistake on the part of the company and supervisor, Asking the client to absorb the mistake, that had a written contract, left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. All things considered I would use Arnoff again and sure a few more things were crystal clear.

I needed to move within a very short time frame and every step of the way went smoothly. The men were on time, kind, fast and professional. Would recommend Arnoff to anyone in the area. They really know what they are doing and hire great guys who take pride in what they do. Best experience I've had with movers.

Tyree, Jim, and Robert Jr. are the dream team. They went above and beyond for my move and were intuitive, patient, and lightening fast. It was pouring rain during my move and they did not mess up anything in my old or new house—they put down floor & shoe coverings and kept the walls and surfaces pristine. They calmed a frightened poodle. They returned to my old house—after carrying heavy things for hours— when Jim realized we'd left a bird bath in the yard. This efficient team set things up in the new house beautifully and asked me repeatedly if things were in the right place. Moving is hell. These guys made it as pleasant and stress free as possible. They truly exceeded all my expectations. I am a very grateful customer.
