Spoke with a young lady named urika she is very short with people and very rude disrespectful and unethical and hangs up on people. I asked to speak with someone that I can file a complaint on her to she hung up on me. Y'all need to do better

Was directed to this Lonestar legal aid from the Bell County domestic violence support for legal stuff and the reply I got to my application is they don’t have enough workers to help with my case so the only free legal aid in Bell County is supposedly too busy to take my case. how is free legal aid that’s funded by the government to help those financially in need and they can’t even help them? more like they are picking and choosing who they want to deal with and they feel my case is too difficult. another failure For Bell County cannot wait to leave the state

THE WORST customer service coming from this location. I got a call this morning from possibly the rudest, snootiest, self righteous woman I’ve ever spoken to. And I got all of that in like 5 sentences. Bless your poor soul if you actually REQUIRE services from this attorney because the assistant is a nightmare. I would suggest do almost anything else but asking for insight, advice, or help from this particular attorney. The staff reflects an awful experience from the start.

Always told to go online for texas state bar to find lawyers if your on state, gov assistance this is your perfect option otherwise just a waste of time.

Don’t waste your time just try to file on your own they don’t return calls and no one is ever at the office I’ve been trying to contact them for 3 months
